The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

During this maintenance period each Wireless Access Point (WAP) will independently reboot to apply new firmware with a security fix.

During the reboot process you may lose access to the network, but you should be "roamed" to the nearest available WAP.

If you do lose access in an area this should only be for a 5-minute window within this maintenance period.

We are using external providers to assist us with this process which is why it is occurring during this time.
